Before
Remodeling of a "Classic Seattle Box", built in the 1910's, endeavored to maintain and respect the character and detail
of the original house while providing a more livable space for a young family. Better advantage of views were made through
the light filled breakfast nook addition and deck above.
The master bath was moved to the middle of the house, preserving the best corner of the upstairs for the study. The small
deck with seating built-in to the railing provides plenty of room for outdoor dining while preserving valuable yard space
on this tight city lot.
